How to buy a product

  1. Find the items you want
    Use the navigation or search to find the items that you want to order. Click on an item to see more about it.
  2. Add items to your Shopping Basket
    Use the 'Add to Basket' button. Use 'Your Basket' at the top of the page to see what is in your basket.
  3. Go to Checkout
    Use Go to Checkout at the top of the page. Pay with Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch or Maestro. We do not accept Visa Electron or American Express. Payment will not be taken until we are ready to dispatch your item. We cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18.
  4. Order Summary
    Check your order carefully and update it if you need to. Place your order with the ‘Check and Place Order' button. You will receive confirmation of your order and a dispatch note by email.

Problems placing an order

Please telephone our online customer services team on +971-4-454 1195, Saturday to Thursday, between 10am and 10pm. Or email the Online Customer Services Team.

Order confirmation

You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order. It has the product :

  • Costs
  • delivery charge; and
  • details.

Please check your confirmation email carefully. If your order has been unsuccessful it will tell you why. Please get in touch for assistance if you have any queries. Our office hours are Saturday to Thursday, between 10am and 10pm.

Order cancellations by StickerSouq

We make every effort to deliver your goods within the scheduled time. However sometimes conditions beyond our control force us to cancel your delivery. Should this happen, you will be contacted as soon as possible and our team will reschedule at the earliest available time. We do not offer compensation where a delivery is not made for reasons beyond our control.

Delayed orders

Most products are delivered within three to five working days. However, if your order has not arrived within 28 days, please call our customer services team and quote your order reference number. You can contact us on +971-4-454 1195, Saturday to Thursday, between 10am and 10pm

Very rarely an item that is shown as in stock may be unavailable when we process your order. We will let you know if this happens.

How to change or cancel an order before delivery

You cannot make changes to your order online when it has been placed. You will need to place a new order if you want to add products.

To change your details or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team on +971-4-454 1195, Saturday to Thursday, between 10am and 10pm. You can also email the Online Customer Services Team.

Please be ready to quote your order number.

Personal information use

We never make your personal details available to companies outside StickerSouq for marketing purposes. Our agencies may hold your data so that your details can be kept up to date, your orders processed and emails sent on behalf of StickerSouq.

If you sign up for our email newsletter, we use the personal information we collect about you to send you email newsletters featuring the latest promotional news, demonstrations and in-store activities. This information is held in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.


Accepted forms of payment

We accept the following debit and credit cards :

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Delta
  • Paypal

We do not accept Visa Electron or American Express.

What to do if your credit or debit card was refused

Please submit your order again with a different payment card. You can contact the company that issued your card to find out why it was refused.

Safe online shopping at StickerSouq

StickerSouq take your online security very seriously. Any sensitive data (including personal data and payment information) you send to us from your computer is securely encrypted and protected using Internet standard encryption technology, known as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). The process mixes-up sensitive data that you send to us and stops it from being intercepted. At the Checkout, you enter a secure part of our website where you will see a closed padlock, or unbroken key image, in the bottom, right-hand corner of your screen. This proves that what you send to us will be passed on in a secure way.

Price matching and money off coupons

The prices that we have online are the same as in local StickerSouq stores. We do not price-match competitor prices. This is because the standards of service and support that are offered by others cannot be guaranteed by us. We do not accept coupons online.



Companies, charges, options and times

Our couriers are Aramex.

You can choose how soon you would like your order to arrive at the Checkout with the option of regular and Next Day. We do not deliver at weekends or on bank holidays and you must place your order by 2pm for it to be processed on the next working day.

Standard delivery

We charge AED 20 for standard delivery on orders with a total weight of less than 500 grams, not including restricted items.

What to do if you do not recieve your delivery

Please allow 17 days from placing your order and then follow the instructions below :

  1. Contact our Online Customer Services Team who will try and track down your item for you.

Incorrect products received.

Sometimes we send substitute products because the one you have ordered is not available. If you have not agreed to the substitution and do not want the product, we will pay for the cost of returning it.

Missing items from your order

We make every effort so that your order is correct at the time of packing. If there are items missing from your order however please contact our customer services team on +971-4-454 1195 from 10am and 10pm Saturday to Thursday, or by email as soon as possible after delivery.

Missed deliveries

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday and not on weekends or Bank Holidays. Our courier will leave a card at the delivery address to confirm that they have tried to deliver your parcel. You must follow the instructions on the card to arrange re-delivery or to collect your order.

Returned packages

Sometimes we have packages returned to us because our couriers were unable to deliver them. We will attempt to contact you to find out if you would like your order re-sent or refunding if this happens. If we cannot contact you within two weeks of receiving your parcel back into our warehouse you will get a full refund (including delivery charges).

Delivery address

You can send your order to a different name or address as long as the delivery address is in one of the countries listed above. We do not support multiple delivery addresses.

You cannot change the address details or the delivery option selected when your order has been placed.

Click and collect

It is not yet possible for you to order from StickerSouq online and collect it from your nearest store.

Parcel tracking

We are unable to offer a tracking service at the moment. However, if you contact our online customer services team, they may be able to track an item for you in certain cases.



Returns policy

You may return a product within 17 days of it being dispatched to you, as long as it is in its original condition. Please email us with your order number and check that the item :

  • Is in original condition.
  • Was sold by StickerSouq and not by a third party seller.
  • Is returned within 17 days and in agreement with our returns policy.
  • Was delivered to a UAE address and is being returned from within the UAE.

StickerSouq are not responsible for any postal charges.

You will not get a free return if :

  • You have removed the packaging. You have had the item for more than 28 days.

StickerSouq website refund policy

If you need to return an online order please repackage the products securely and send them back to us within 28 days to :

Returns must be in their original condition and packaging with any security seals unbroken.

You must include :

  • The reason for the return;
  • the invoice number; and
  • your email address or telephone number.

Also tell us if you would like a refund or a replacement.

We recommend that you use an insured mail service because if we do not receive your item, we cannot refund or replace it.

Returns policy exceptions

Pre-cut ribbon and fabric are not covered by our standard returns policy as they are unlikely to be resold. We are also DO NOT accept refunds on ANY PERSONALISED items due to the nature of the product and restrictions with Royal Mail.
